How To Prepare Ginger Tea
Buy fresh, whole ginger root. You can easily find it in large supermarkets. Peel the ginger and cut it into thin slices. Boil some water and once it boils, add the ginger slices and let them boil for 15-20 minutes. Take the pot off the stove and cover it with a lid. Leave it for 15 minutes, then strain the tea.
It is best to drink the tea without adding anything. If you do not like its taste you can always add some honey and lemon.
